High Fashion Productions is an Australian operated production agency specialising in E-commerce, campaign, and visual content creation. We provide end to end production services, coordinating global production workflows to deliver high quality content efficiently and at scale.

Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email.

High Fashion Productions reserves the right to adjust or reschedule provisional bookings where required.

Once a booking is confirmed, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

The remaining balance is payable prior to final delivery of assets unless otherwise agreed.

High Fashion Productions includes a 10% agency service fee (ASF) within all quoted pricing to cover production management, coordination, and execution.

All invoices are issued in AUD ($).

Production Scope

Each project is quoted based on scope, including but not limited to:

• Production type (E-commerce, campaign, product).

• Volume of assets (SKUs/looks/deliverables).

• Talent requirements (Models, HMU, styling).

• Location and studio requirements.

• Post-production and turnaround time.

Any additional services, revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Production Management

High Fashion Productions provides a fully managed service, including:

• Production planning and scheduling.

• Coordination of product logistics (Factory/Warehouse/3PL to studio).

• Casting and talent management.

• Shoot execution and oversight.

• Post-production coordination and delivery.

While we work with hand-selected production teams, all project management and delivery is handled by High Fashion Productions.

Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround times vary depending on project scope and complexity.

Estimated timelines will be provided prior to booking.

Expedited delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Final files are delivered digitally in agreed formats.

Usage & Rights

Usage rights for all content must be agreed upon prior to production.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Content is licensed for digital use (e-commerce, web, social)

• Extended usage (advertising, paid media, print, global campaigns) may incur additional fees

Model usage rights are separate and subject to agency terms.

Full usage rights are granted only once payment has been received in full.

Post Production & Amendments

Standard retouching is included as outlined in your quote.

Additional retouching, revisions, or reprocessing beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Clients are required to review and request any amendments within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to scheduling and production commitments:

• Cancellations made after confirmation may incur fees

• Changes to scope, dates, or deliverables may affect pricing and timelines

Where possible, High Fashion Productions will attempt to accommodate changes or reschedule bookings.

Third-Party Services

High Fashion Productions coordinates third-party services including:

• Models and Agencies,

• Hair & Makeup Artists,

• Stylists,

• Logistics providers.

While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for unforeseen issues caused by third-party providers. All efforts will be made to ensure a smooth production process.

Liability

High Fashion Productions will take all reasonable care in handling products and managing production.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping, customs, or third-party logistics.

• Loss or damage outside of our direct control.

• Variations in colour or output across different formats (e.g. Video vs Stills).

Confidentiality

All client information, creative direction, and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared externally without consent.

Acceptance

By confirming a booking with High Fashion Productions, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
